Apple, whiskey & maple cocktail

2 oz Graves apple juice
2 oz Rye whiskey
1/8 oz Maple syrup
2 dashes of angostura bitters
1 egg white (chickpea oil for vegan option)
Splash of ginger beer


  1. Mix all the ingredients exept the egg white.

  2. Beat the egg white until stiff and put it on the drink to create a ”beer foam”. Enjoy!
